Order Payment
Order payments can be made with Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card. Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Personal Checks are also accepted.
Most everything we sell you will be able to use our secure online cart and check out system. there will be some items that are not available to purchase online, you will have to call us to purchase these items over the phone and we will e-mail or fax you the contract. Just call us, and we'll take your credit card information by phone.

One half of your merchandise total will be charged at the time you place your sales order with us. The remaining half will be charged at the time we receive an order acknowledgement from the factory. Ask us about our cash terms.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered to you by one of our contracted delivery specialists “white glove delivery” or by drop shipment “common carrier” (common carrier does not set up or unpackage the merchandise and may or may not bring it inside your house, ask for details). The delivery specialist will call you to arrange a delivery time, deliver your order, and set up the merchandise in your home. If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, the delivery specialist will return the merchandise to the warehouse. In that case, there will be a second delivery charge. Please note that we do not schedule the deliveries. Deliveries are scheduled by our contracted delivery specialists. Shipping costs are either paid directly to the delivery specialist or are included with your purchase price depending what you ordered. If you pay the delivery specialist directly the exact amount of your shipping charge, as well as the method of payment, will be confirmed with you by our contracted delivery specialist. If the merchandise is in stock at the factory, you must allow for a delivery time of between 6 and 16 weeks even though, we are averaging between 5 and 10 weeks. If the merchandise is not in stock, the delivery time will be between 6 and 16 weeks from the time it is in stock at the factory.
Damages
If it is “White Glove Delivery”, any damages should be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. You must refuse the damaged item at time of delivery and send it back with the delivery company ( refuse only the damaged item/s do not send back any undamaged items). If you do not refuse the damaged merchandise at the time of delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading, Home Gallery nor the delivery will be responsible to fix or replace any damaged or defective merchandise. You should expect there to be damage 10%-15% of the time, as is standard for the industry. Therefore, be sure to inspect your merchandise upon delivery. Any damages should be noted on your signed delivery slip (bill of lading. FOR ANY REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED, PLEASE ALLOW FOR AN ADDITIONAL 6 TO 16 WEEKS FOR RE-DELIVERY.
