This was the first time when i ordered furniture through internet.The experience wasn't bad. Intially it took about 5 weeks to reach and i was a bit dissapointed to find out that the lights onthe headboard weren't working. I called up the customer service and they assured me that it would be taken care of.....i spoke with will throghout and he made sure that the problem was solved.It took some time but the headboard was replaced and now looks beautiful.All's well that ends well:). i will definitely order again.
